I have an Admiral Capacity plus that is about 2 years old but has only been used one of those years. When it drains it drains completely onto the floor. Sometimes the first rinse cycle drains properly but the 2nd rinse cycle ALWAYS ends up on the floor. Please help as I am sick of hauling laundry up & down 3 flights of stairs & to the laundry room. :(


PS. I have no idea where the model # is and its 2am so I was looking at the visible areas of the washer with my cell phone light. (trying not to wake my fiance up). If its needed for advice and someone can tell me where it is I can find it.
