Sometimes it starts, sometimes it doesn't. Think the control panel is shot and really wonder why after looking at many other posts, why oh why haven't they put out a recall on the control panels. This dishwasher is only 1.5 years old and with the minimal use (once/twice each week), you would think it would've lasted longer than this.
Same as many other models listed with control panel problems, some lights will function (heavy wash, light wash, the 2, 4, 6 hour timer lights...only dim light is when normal wash selected) and of course the start/cancel doesn't work.
I'll pull the panel off the bottom of the dishwasher to see if the data sheet is there, plus then try to figure out how to test the panel. Just makes me wonder if this is repaired, how long would a new control panel last if this one only really made it 1.5 years with minimal use?
Am I on the right track to pull the data sheet then try to test different leads? There is no plug to disconnect the dishwasher from the power source so I'm going to just turn the breaker off and hope that is good enough...
Thanks for any info, Lori

I got the data sheet and took off the interior cover of the control board cover. Only have one ribbon cable which I managed to figure out how to detach from the board...problem is I have no idea where to test as no arrow by any of the pins unless it is covered by the label wrap. Then figured out I wasn't an octopus with many hands to try and put the leads on the pins, hold the inner cover up, hold the door down and press the start/cancel button at the same time. Hoped that just putting the ribbon cable back and everything back together it would be my lucky day and would start. No such luck, so guess I'll pull it all apart again and take off the control panel since have the same indicators I had before and still won't start.
