I replaced my control board, still no water or spinning. My diagnostics error code comes up with E59. I then followed Test #12 from the manual. The ohms for the motor are good as are the windings. Now it wants me to check the communication between the motor ($176) and the speed control board($175) - how do i do that? This will tell me if it's wiring or the speed control board. I have already replaced the Main Control board($150).:(

Check to see if the plastic hose to the water level switch is clogged. Just blow in it to test. If the control thinks the washer is full of water, it will not spin.
