The water not drain at any point during the dish washing cycle. It just very slowly trickles. I purchased from your site 2 parts, (1. Drain solenoid assy, part #WD21X10060 and 2. Valve check asm port, part #WD22M21) I put both parts on my dishwasher and I still have exactly the same problem. It did not good whatsoever. Do you have any ideas on what my next step should be?

First check that the drain solenoid is pulling all the way down when in drain mode.
Does the unit wash OK re: lots of water pressure turning the spray arms?
Have you disconnected the drain hose from the plumbing, to ensure it is not plugged? Often it will plug at the hose to plumbing fitting.
Have you removed the spray arm and checked that area?
Have you removed the sump cover and checked that it is clear of debris?
When you have the spray arm off, push the solenoid plunger down while feeling the flapper valve to ensure that it is still attached to the mechanism. |
