My bake element fried. Replaced it with a new one. Now neither the bake element nor broil element work. Control panel appears to work, but neither heat. All four surface units work ok.

Since you do not get an error and I am assuming the oven does not show it is ready then it sounds like the control board (Item 20 in Section 1) is toast.

I would unplug the unit and check the wires that go to the elements just to be sure that one of them has not burned out.

You may also want to check the temperature sensor.
