Need to replace the lower door hinge on the fridge side (right side of a side-by-side). Not sure what part is broken. I can order all of the parts, but I thought that someone might be able to narrow it down for me.

After opening, the door "drops" slightly, and then won't close completely. It's even possible for the door to come completely off. It is almost like the middle of the hinge doesn't exist anymore.

Any thoughts on which part I need?

The cam riser is usually the problem. It fits on the hinge pin. Look for it in the parts list and diagram of the door. Replacement parts for GE CSX20LJC | AppliancePartsPros.com
