I just purchased a Kenmore Elite French door bottom freezer refrigerator. I am installing a reverse osmosis. To keep water pressure I need to bypass the water filter. The filter is located top left corner inside the unit when you open the front doors. Is there a part to bypass this? when I remove it I get no flow to the dispenser. I know where the flow tube is on back where I could cut and bypass it that way. It just seems to me there should be a plug that I can put in place of the filter. The sears store said they were unaware of a part to do that.
