fridge on top freezer on bottom fridge was not cooling energy saver switch was always in on position turned energy saver switch to off position and fridge began to cool do i need to replace switch or is energy saver switch and t-stat the same part so i would to replace both

The energy service switch is usually for the mullion trim heater. You might have wiring problems. Turn the switch on and tell us what is running/not running.
