We have unplugged our refrigerator to melt all ice in fridge and freezer. Plugged it back in 24 hours later. Freezer is working, refrigerator is not getting cold. What could be the problem?

You have to pull the freezer back panel and defrost the coils for it to run properly. Go to the first sticky above to solve your problem.
