Hi :(,

I need your help. My washer machine (model LXR9245EQ0) is no longer cleaning. I noticed when I wash regular and large sized loads, it leaves lint and detergent still on the clothes. The wash moves slowly and when I stick my hand in, I can feel the lower agitator still moving. The upper agitator does not turn. I have started reducing the load and only washing 15 garments at at time. Thinking the lesser load will be cleaned by the lower agitator. Very Frustrating! What do I need as far as parts and is it worth fixing due to its age?

These are great machines and well worth trying to fix. If it drains and spins ok, you may have the very simple and easy problem of agitator dogs.

Even better, there is this great video that will show you how to fix it.
