I ran the wash cylce. Dishes are clean and did dry, but there is water pooled at the bottom of the machine. When I saw this, I closed the machine and pressed the "drain" button, but there is still water there. Is there something I can do, or does this require a maintenance person to come in? Thanks!

there power to unit,water in bottom and wont drain. have never had trouble before;always used normal wash cycle ,but this time used pots and pans cycle and unit washed but didnot drain all water out. also unit acts like no power but receptical has 115 volts. Is there a reset button?
