I have a 6 yr old Kenmore front loader and it won't spin, when we do the diagnostic testing, does everything but comes up with a error code of E43, which says to change Control Board...I did and still same problem, I don't want to have to spend another couple hundred bucks on parts, but need to know if anyone knows if when the Error E43, says to change Control Board is it for both the electronic and motor board?? The diagnostics on these are very weak in this area. Try changing the motor control unit. If you buy from this site and the part does not fix the machine you can return it, see the returns policy for details and conditions. If the new motor board does fix it, put the old control unit back in and if the machine works see if you can get a refund on that part.
Not likely if you didn't buy from here, but try anyway.
