Hi Super Techs,

This is probably a no brainer but I have a gas range and the oven doesn't
regulate the oven temperature correctly. No matter what it is set at, the temperature skyrockets to 500 degrees or higher. I am assuming the thermostat is the culprit part # AP2623073. I would like to confirm this before I spend 85.74. Please respond and confirm this is correct.

Thank you in advance

Steven,

You are absolutely right. The new thermostat should solve the problem.
