Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/7/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		When I was opening the door there was a loud pop noise and the door no longer had any resistance. When you open it you have to be careful- it just falls right open. I think this happened once before but it was under warranty and a repair man came and fixed it so I don't know what it was.
