I need some help my oven door latch won"t unlock which causes my door to stay open and the light to stay on I was wondering is there anything you can tell me that can help me to fix this problem without getting a part or do I have to replace anything.:p Thanx

Try to do next:

Unplug the range for a few minutes, plug it back, push and hold the light switch on the oven door frame (you can tape it) and start the clean cycle.

If the door latch will move, let him go forth and back and then cancel the clean cycle and wait until the door latch is completely open. Remove the tape from the door switch.

If the door latch would not move, most likely the door latch motor assembly (#89 on the Body break down diagram) has to be replaced.
