My ice maker stopped working suddenly, the water dispenser works fine. I just replaced the water purifying filter and I am not sure if the ice maker quit working before or after I did this. I have checked all the water lines and they are OK. The line going from the water inlet valve to the ice maker has no water in it. The inlet screen is not clogged. I looked up this problem in a how to book and it said the water inlet valve could be bad, does this sound correct?
