My Dacor raised vent failed and I diagnosed the problem as the main PCB. After I replaced it, all the functions worked fine – except the motor now does not stop at the Lower Limit. It continues back to the Upper Limit and the blower comes back on. This wasn’t a problem with the old PCB before it failed, and I’m hard-pressed to believe that the LL microswitch just happened to fail at exactly the same time. Is this an observed failure mode of faulty PCBs off the shelf? Are there any tests I can run with a basic multimeter on the Lower Limit circuit at the PCB connection points, to determine if the PCB is functioning properly?
