Bought house which was a model for 2 years so unit technically is 3 years old but only has 1 year of use.

Glass dishes dry ok, but lately plastic cups and dishes are just soaked.

Water is plenty hot.
Using Cascade ActionPacs w/Dawn
Cycle runs fully un-interuppted.

In the past we were using regular cascade powder with jet dry separate.
Do I need to use the ActionPacs -and- JetDry---will that help?

Yes, I fill my dishwasher. Is overfiling really a problem?
What determines if it's overfilled?

Thanks for any and all ideas!

Bump to include Whirlpool in title.

Any ideas on original questions?

Thanks!

Plastic dishes are very porous which makes them very hard to dry. As per the Owners manual (page 22) "Plastics often need towel drying".
