Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/12/2011(UTC) Posts: 1		This kenmore has all lights working to touch panel accept the start and the far button to the left smart rinse.the unit has continuity to the door micro switches two of them no broken wires to the door from bottom to mother board etc hate to buy new mother board and touch panel if i dont have to

Does not look like the non-working keys use a common line so it points towards a control board problem. The usual way to check the unit is to check the control panel (keypad) with a meter and if it checks out OK replace the control board. Still a bit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.
