My dishwasher cannot reset itself. I close the door and I am unable to change any of the preferences. The brand is GE. Any advice?:confused:

Cannot find any info on the listed Model Number
I can find info on PDW7300J00BB

Could be the keyboard has been locked by mistake

To unlock the dishwasher controls, touch and hold the HEATED DRY pad for 3 seconds. The light above the LOCK pad will turn off.

To lock the dishwasher, touch and hold the HEATED DRY pad for 3 seconds. The light above the LOCK pad will turn on.
