My fridge was moved from one house to a different house. When it arrived at the new house the fridge side no longer worked but the freezer side does. Is it possible the motor was damaged or frion was lost during move? It was probably transported on it's side.

The fridge is only 4 years old and is not working properly. It has never been moved since being delivered. The freezer side is working just ok; however, the refridge side is completely unacceptable.

Mike,

Does the fan in the freezer blow air?

If it does, can you feel the cold air coming into the fresh food compartment through the damper control on top?

What is the temperature in the freezer and in the fresh food?

Gene.
