Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/23/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		My amana refrigerator never shuts off.The condensor fan runs nonstop.The freezer does not get cold enough,only about 25 degrees.The refigerator part gets to about 40 degrees.I feel the compressor and it feels warm almost hot to the touch.I hear a clicking sound when the start relay on the compressor tries to start,but it clicks off in about 30 seconds.Any ideas would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

If it would not help then the compressor itself has to be replaced. In such situation it's probably time for a new refrigerator. - The part number for the start relay is AP4013414 Gene.
