I just purchased a new Kenmore freezer. The manual says you can reverse the doors, but the instructions couldn't be more vague or incomplete.

I figured it out and got everything reversed okay, with the exception of two parts. They are the plastic grommets that the door hinge pins sit in.

The one on the top edge of the door seems to be glued in. I don't want to damage it, but is there a safe way to get this out?

The one on the bottom edge of the door has an extension on it that screws to the door edge. The opposite side does not have a screw hole for this. Should I drill a hole for it or would that void the warranty?

Many thanks!
