This washer spins but does not drain. From the schematic I believe the motor is supposed to reverse direction making the pump pump water out of the machine while spinning. I have no idea what direction the reverse spin should be. There is no other pump control listed on the schematic. It would seem a timer problem but if the motor runs forward then the timer should be OK. I am puzzled and would love an answer, please.

Looking at the parts breakdown I see belts and a belt driven pump (I thought the pump was coupled to the motor solidly). How do I get to the pump to see if it is frozen and how the belts are? Do I remove the top and then the front panel? Hoe to remove top and front?
