my turntable stopped working all of a sudden. had 21v to the motor so i assumed a bad motor(i could watch voltage come and go as i run micro and toggled the turntable button on/off). replaced motor and have the same result no movement. any help suggestions would be helpful

the coupler is in good shape. could it be a wiring problem or a interlock problem? when the turntable button is depressed the on/off changes on the display so it appears to be working from the keypad.or i could have purchased a bad motor-seems unlikely although i bought it from an appliance place on ebay.

just rechecked it again- when i start the micro i see the voltage at the motor go to approx 35vac on a digital volt meter then quickly drop to 11 vac. the motor sort of vibrates like it is trying to rotate but never does. this is the case with both the old and new motors. is this 11 v enough to drive the motor and where does this voltage come from?

It suppose to be the wiring diagram inside the control panel or behind the top grill on the left side.
11V definitely is not enough for the motor which needs 21V. Also ebay is not the best place to by any appliance parts.

If you will find the wiring diagram, post it and I may help you.
