Water is filling up the ice maker tray and then contiuing to overflow into the ice cube tray holder and falling into the backside of freezer :rolleyes:

Sounds like the icemaker is leaving the water valve on to long. Turn off the icemaker and make sure water isn't still entering the fill tube. You will need to clear out as much of the ice as you can to be sure any new water is easy to see. If water continues to enter, then the valve is probably leaking, but if the water stops, then the icemaker module (AP4359694) is causing the problem.
