Still wouldn't cool as expected and I found the freezer fan is not running, coils were iced up. I let it defrost manually and restarted the fridge. Fan still does not run. Voltage levels at the terminals are around 2-3 volts. I replaced the fan with a used one and same result. What are the expected voltage levels supposed to be? Also, where does the fan get it's voltage from? The wires would indicate it comes from the relay. So do you think the relay is bad, capacitor or maybe something in the defrost unit? [/FONT]

If they do then there suppose to be about 120 VAC to the evaporator fan motor and it should run too (with the freezer door closed or the door switch depressed). Gene.

But I don't get 120vac on the fan in freezer. The condesnor fan was pretty well burnt at the fuse area, but I don't see any other burned parts.
