Unit runs all the time, frost build up lower panel. Freezer about 15deg and rt. side refrigerator side only 43 this morning. Htr coils check ok, fan ok,gaskets ok, condenser cleaned, replaced defrost timer and also the thermostat cutoff. Have been manually advancing defrost timer to increase cycles to keep frost down but will now have to remove panel and use hair dryer again. Unit 17 plus years old. Junk or repair and if repair what part do I replace now????:(

Did you check to see if the defrost heater is coming on when you advance the timer?

Look at the door seals and look for any obvious gaps or tears that would allow warm air to leak in. With a refrigerator that old, you could also have a slight refrigerant leak.
