Dish washer leaks at the bottom. Does not leak every time I use it, just now and then. Is that the gasket?

Remove the bottom panel and check where it's leaking from. It can leak through the door or from the pump.

If it's leaking through the door, open the door during the wash cycle and check if there are any suds.

Post the results.

Gene.
