Hi, We have a Frigidaire PLHS67EGSB1 side-by-side that is not cooling properly in the refrigerator section. The freezer is working fine. We have replaced the control panel and that has not helped (luckily this was free of charge). There is no frost on the coils in the back and the fan is working in the freezer. There does not seem to be air coming through the damper to the refrigerator. We checked this in the upper left corner of the refrigerator section. Is it possible the damper control needs replaced? Are there other things to check? Any suggestions?
Thank you for your time!
Kelley

Just wanted to add that with the above refrigerator we have now tried 3 new control panels. We had a non-Frigidaire tech come out originally and he thought the control panel was bad. He ordered one and it seemed faulty and would not work. He ordered another one and it made the refrigerator work properly but the lights on the control panel were blinking. My husband spoke with Frigidaire and after a lengthy argument they sent us another free control panel. He installed this one and the fridge worked for about a month. :)
