My whirlpool side by side fridge is making a clicking noise. It clicks on then about 5 seconds later it clicks again. The fridge and freezer are still cold and it still makes ice but clicks all day and night, any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the clicking noise is coming from the compressor, you have a hard starting compressor. I would check for burnt wires to the compressor.
You can try a new starting device AP3885081, but it might not solve the problem.
I would monitor the freezer temperature, during peak power use periods, the compressor may not start for a longer than normal period, thus driving the freezer temperature higher.
