the refridgerator side is not cooling but the freezer side is, any ideas?

Sounds like the evap coil is frosted up not allowing proper air flow to the fridge; look inside the freezer to see if the rear wall is frosted up which would be a defrost problem... Manual defrosting would get you back cooling again but further diagnosis is necessary to fix the problem... Post back with more info...
