Tub does not fill with enough water for pump to clean dishes (no standing water in tub during wash cycle). (Water pressure is fine and dishwasher is level)

Check the water float device in the right front corner of the tub Part number: AP4510688
Make sure it moves freely in both up and down directions, and you should hear a "click" noise as well(move it several times). You will need to consider a new fill valve, Part number: AP4321824
If the float checks OK. It could have an internal clog or not opening properly and allowing enough water into the tub. Good Luck, :) :) :)
