I have a six burner stove with 2 xtra low burners. One of the xtra low will not light. It is the one we use the most. I assume I need to replace the controller. Is this correct and if so what is the part number so I can order. Thanks

Most likely the problem is a bad potentiometer. Thermador has redesigned the potentiometers and the controller. It comes as a potentiometer kit, contains of two potentiometers and controller.

- The part number for the potentiometer kit is AP3672574
