My Hotpoint dishwasher will not drain after the rinse cycle is complete. Everything else seems to work fine. Can you help?

Here is your parts
Model HDA3400G00WW

This unit just redirects the water up to the wash arms or out the drain.
Remove the kick plate
On the motor assemble left hand side you will see a solenoid this must activate for a pump out. It runs a flapper valve.
Does the valve actuate?
Does it drain partially?
Does it drain anywhere during a cycle?
