Hello! I have a model KFIS25XVMS2, and need to remove the shelf support for the deli drawer to replace it with AP445367. Mine seems to be attached to the wall. I don't want to break the part by just pulling to hard on it. Can you advise on how to remove the shelf support for the deli tray?

Usually, you just use pliers and turn them counterclockwise to remove.

This isn't one of the peg types of supports. It is a large rectangular piece. I don't think you can just turn this one. Where do you grip it with pliers?
