everything works...ventilation, light but does not heat....a technician cameover along time ago when it was under warranty but never came back...he took a small part but i dont know from where .....i really need help...thanks....

Which part did he take? You have to find it otherwise it is not possible to diagnose.

The model number you posted does not come up. Is it an American model?
