Help!!! My Dacor Raised Vent is possessed!

My Dacor Raised Vent (RV36S) goes up and down randomly...sometimes it goes all the way up and other times only partially up. The touch pad lights blink randomly. I think it's possessed. But hopefully the experts will have a more insightful opinion than mine! Please help...I haven't been able to properly use this for months!!!

It could be the control board at least that would be at the top of my list.
But may also be one of the limit switches is not opening/closing reliably.
Depends if the blinking lights are telling you any thing or like you say it has gone crazy.
Crazy it that it has lost it's brains which is the control board.
