The compressor does not start about 10% of the time. Have replaced the start/overload relay and the starting capacitor. The compressor starts fine most of the time, but sometimes it hums until the overload trips out.

You have a run capacitor in this that doesn't affect starting. If it fails during "busy" periods when the outlet voltage is low, I would suspect a hard starting compressor, either from a damaged start winding, or internal varnish buildup. If the compressor takes a relatively long time to start and the internal temperatures get too warm to safely preserve the contents, I would replace the fridg. This compressor problem may get worse, so I would keep a memory thermometer in the freezer section and check periodically.
