Insert a screw driver in the gap between the top and front near the edges to release clips that hold the top to the cabinet. It will flip up.

You can now take out the screws at the top of the front panel that hold it on. This will allow you to remove the front panel.

You now have access to the motor, and it will be pretty obvious how to take it out after you work the belt off.
