I've read previous posts about common problems with Bosch soap dispensers not opening.
I have an SHU9902 and the door opens - but it is obviously way late in the cycle. After running the dispenser door is open but there is a clump of wet soap left in the dispenser cup.
The door slides, latches and opens just fine.
Should I replace the dispenser assembly or is this a timer/sequencing issue?
Which parts should I replace?
Thanks in advance for the help.

One more thing. The ON/OFF switch tends to stick. (this unit is 10 years old)
It works fine, but won't bounce up unless we tap it mulitple times. I haven't opened the unit up yet - is this typically just a gunky - sticky problem or is it the switch spring getting weak?
With the switch on top I'm guessing it's just a gunk build up.
Thanks,

The first thing I would do is check the level of water inside the dishwasher and clean all screens and filters. The "on-off" switch is better to replace right now. - The part number for the "on-off" switch is AP2802323Here are the break down diagrams for the Bosch dishwasher Model SHU9902 UC/06 (FD 7905-7912)Gene.
