I just noticed that my refrigerator side of the side by side is not cooling properly. The freezer is working well but the refrigerator is not at temperature. What can be the problem? Thanks!

Here are your parts Replacement parts for GD5SHAXBOO models | AppliancePartsPros.comI could not find this model number so please check it. Also the "O"s should zeros. You have to do more trouble shooting. Is the compressor running continuously or is it cycling off/on? You can usually hear it also you should be able to feel it vibrating and it should be warm. Also are the evaporator and condenser fans running? Has someone moved your fresh food control knob without you noticing? This controls a set of louvers at the top, back of the fresh food section, regulating the amount of cold air that enters the frsh food section. If cycling it could be a control problem. Measure the freezer temperature it should be 0 to 5 degrees F. If not cycling it could be a defrost problem or a sealed system problem. |

I just had time to look inside refrigerator. The side vent that blows in the refrigerated air was filled with ice. I have the refrigerator off and trying to de-ice the refrigerator.
