Bought unit used. Washer bangs at the start of the spin cycle. Now have an additional problem, a large water leak flooding the floor. Hoses and discharge seem to be OK.

Take off the front panel by inserting a screw driver in the gap beween the top and the front near the edges which will release the clips that hold the front to the cabinet.
You can now inspect the support struts and rubber straps that keep the tub steady, and you should be able to find where the leak is coming from.
