The refrigerator door sags about 1/4 inch. I have not repaired this problem before, and don't have the unit in front of me. Can anyone tell me the parts needed to correct this? I'm assuming that the nylon bushings/washers are worn, or that a shim is needed (have seen this part on a web site).

Thanks.

Chuck,

You have to remove the door and find out which part is bad exactly. Guessing is not good way to fix a problem.

Gene.
