I ordered a new freezer gasket through appliance parts. The gasket I was sent appears to be approx. two inches too long. Should I still install this or was this sent in error? will this shrink up or what? Please help before I start this process in error:confused: .

This is a duplicated thread. You did not answer on my previous question: http://forum.appliancepartspros...freezer-door-gasket.html yet.
Maybe somebody else can help you better but I still need that information.

Gene.
