Here are your parts
Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE FEF376ASJ Frigidaire/electric Range | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is your operators manual
http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Springfield/316257123en.pdf

And the wiring diagram
http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Springfield/316255319.pdf

If you mean by lights up that the unit comes ready then it could be your temperature sensor re: the unit thinks that it is already at operating temperature so does not turn the elements on.
Here is a good link.
http://www.applianceaid.com/elecrange.html
Check out 7, 8, 20 and 21.

If the unit stays in preheat then odds are that the control board is toast but I would check the wiring from the board to the elements just to be sure that it is not just a bad wire/connection.

Be sure to unplug the unit when working on it.
