My clothes dryer is taking 2 to 3 cycles to dry clothes, I reset the breaker, the exhaust line is completely clear. I opened the door and held the button, the heating element only lights up for about 25 seconds then shuts off for about 5 minutes, then only comes back on for another 25 seconds. This is driving me crazy and with my job of being on call 24/7 for bail bonds, My laundry is piling up by it taking forever to dry a load of clothes. Someone help!! Is it the thermostats? elements?? etc??

Your high limit thermostat is opening due to low air flow. Check for a busted blower or internal dryer lint clog, or a clogged lint screen.
Check the airflow out of the dryer and also outside. The vent louvers outside should be horizontal when the dryer is running.
