GE PRofile side-by-side...2 problems:
Freezer has had trouble dispensing ice for a couple of months. It makes ice, but door dispenser mechanism seems to be stuck and won't dispense. If I stick my hand in and rotate the coil/spring thing and "unblock" ice that seems frozen in a clump near/around it, I can get it to work again, temporarily.
Second problem is that for several weeks it seems to be leaking water somewhere inside the top of the freezer - I'm guessing it has to do with the ice-maker. It would freeze sheets of ice on everything on the top shelf and drip and freeze onto other items as well. We turned off the ice-maker and it has stopped.
What are both problems from and what do I need to fix them?
