On a Whirpool Gold Refrigerator model GS2SHEX, the inside light bulbs & the lights on the temp control panel do not work. What part may be at fault? Thank You, Mike mike10538@aol.com

Your model number seems to be missing several digits at the end.
Both interior lights and controls are run from the main control board so perhaps it is toast.
Have you tried unplugging the unit for 5 minutes or so to see if it will reset? |

Hello,
I just had the same problem. The solution is to replace the main control board. It is located in the same area as the compressor. Remove the back cover located behind the frig, look on the left side at a little white box. Inside the box is the main control board. The MFG PT# W10135090 or after market AP4334000. Less than $90 with shipping on this site.
