Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/10/2011(UTC) Posts: 3		So here I am fixing this Maytag washer again. This time the motor stalls (hums only) after it fills with water. Looks like I can get it going again with a kick and and a wiggle to the motor. I took the motor switch apart and it looks like the contacts on the start circuit are prettly badly pitted and worn. I don't see on the website where I can buy just the switch. Is it available????? Could it be somthing else. I have the second transmission in this machine and every now and then it really howels. This might be it for me. I'll buy a new machine before I buy a motor. Thanks :confused:
